Cleanroom Carts
These carts are safe, clean, and convenient for transporting wafer boxes, reticles, chemical containers, or other critical parts. JST Cleanroom carts can be altered to meet the specific requirements of each. They can also be designed to contain specific preventative maintenance kits and tooling. All JST carts are cleanroom compatible and customizable to our customer’s applications.
Cleanroom Tables
JST’s Cleanroom Tables are offered with solid tops or perforated work surfaces, in electropolished or brushed stainless steel finish options in customizable sizes. Built from high-grade cleanroom-compatible materials, these tables are configurable to fit your specific needs. Garment Storage Cabinets

Pass-Through Cabinets
JST’s Exhausted or Purge Pass-Through Cabinets are designed to provide a safe, clean way of moving wafers or chemicals in and out of a cleanroom. Pass-Through Cabinets ensure the safe transfer and storage of products, as well as acid, base, or solvent chemicals. With dual wall construction for handling or storage of flammable solvents and integrated HEPA filters, JST’s Pass-Through Cabinets maintain the cleanroom environment. As with all JST equipment, these cabinets can be customized to address the requirements of any cleanroom.
Process Cassettes
JST’s Process Cassettes are manufactured and designed to enhance specialized applications while reducing customer costs. JST specialized cassettes do not have a minimum quantity requirement.

JST’s Purge Cabinets provide a particle-free, static-safe, low-humidity environment to store sensitive materials.
