JST’s services and support starts before the sale and is provided for the life of the equipment. JST’s team of certified field service technicians performs in-the-field retrofits, software changes, wet bench startups, and training.   Our Field Service team can troubleshoot problems not only with JST’s Wet Benches as well as process concerns or other cleanroom facilities questions.  All JST’s Wet Benches come with 24/7 technical support.

JST also specializes in retrofitting other supplier’s equipment from plumbing or bath upgrades, to fixing electro-mechanical problems. We can also retrofit the wet benches with updated controllers, software, automation and process modules.   Utilizing our expertise, we can add years of improved performance to the life of your existing wet bench.
